Counsel for Henwood will make a stronuous effort to have Henwood's arraignment Include not only tho chargo of murder, based on the death of Von Puhl, but aleo that of George F Copeland, a wealthy mlnlug man of Victor, Colorado, who was accldently shot by Henwood, and who died later fioni his Injuries. Tho state, on the other hand, will Insist that Henwood bo tried first on the Von Puhl murder chargo.
