President Taft arrived ar-rived here nt 1:35 p. ra., today, accompanied ac-companied by Secretary Fisher nnd Major Butt. Mr. Taft left the train nt 55th street and there took an automobile auto-mobile for the center of the city. Fort Wayne, Ind., June 3. President Presi-dent Taft and his party passtTd through Fort Wayne this forenoon on tho wny to Chicago. The President appeared for a moment on tho rear platform ami ndJressod a large crowd-The crowd-The President said he was on his vay to Chicago to speak on reciprocity. "And I am so full of It," he continued, con-tinued, "that I cannot talk of anything any-thing else. I rogard it as ono of the great steps for the Improvement of business. The bill embodies principles prin-ciples that all the profit cannot bo on one side of the line all the time." Chicago, June 3.
