Show DOYS PLM FOR SMEJ0TIN6 While not largely attended, the mass meeting of boys and parentB at the Weber stnko academy last evening was tho means of Instilling much enthusiasm en-thusiasm Into the state boys' camp proposition There were seven boys' clubs of the city represented, and tho mooting wnJ addressed by Rev. F O Kolley of Provo. C A Wvman of Salt Lake and Rev. F V Fisher of this city. Dr S. W. Wherr prcsldod at the meeting Every detail of the proposed camping camp-ing plnn was explained by the speakers, speak-ers, and in addition to this there was a flret-aid-to-the-lnjured exhibition by a delegation of boya who havo been trained in this work by Rev. Kolley. These boys havo beon drilled In the uso of tho litter, bandages, etc , having hav-ing become quite proficient In this work. It Is now practically cortain that a delegation of from 50 to 100 boys from Ogden will bo at the Saratoga Springs camp near Lchi. These boys will hike to and from the camp, and In preparation prepara-tion for this long march scout patrols arc being formed for tho purpose of making hikes through the country ad Jacent to thiB city rn |
