Show YOUTJTS DEATH HUNTINGTON, Utah, Feb. 2-1 Charles Majors, a young man of Huntington, Hunt-ington, was found dead in one of the streetB of this place Wednesday night. He had been visiting the saloon all afternoon and had gotten quite badly undor the influence of liquor. He left tho saloon about lip m., and took a bottle of liquor with him, but apparently appar-ently had not drunk any of it. Ho lives out in a fiold about two miles from town, and staited to walk home and got about eight blocks from the saloon, when he was stricken with death. Dr. Hill examined him this morning and pronounced death to have been caused by pleurisy of tho heart, caused caus-ed by drinking alcohol. He was 21 years of age last December, Decem-ber, and was a strong, healthy young mnn. The justice of the peace telephoned tele-phoned to the county attorney, U. E. Curtis, of Orangevillc, and told him the circumstances. Mr. Curtis did not think It necessary to hold an Inquest, as there were no cuts, wounds or bruises on the body; so tho body has been turned over to his parents for final disposition. lie was a very jovial jo-vial and pleasant young man when not under tho Influence of liquor and the community deeply sympathizes with his family on the sad ending of his life. |
