Is again brought to the attention of tho public pub-lic in the filing or a petition by her mother and guardian, asking that tho court approve of the final account. The petltiion relates that the child was pQssessed of an estate consisting oi real estate valued at $500, and that upon her death, the title to the property prop-erty was vested in the father and mother.
