Hilton, and E, S. Hlg-gins, Hlg-gins, all of Lockport. Ala. Hurlan and Gallagher will serve eighteen months and pay fines of ?5,000. Three others will serve thirteen months and pay $1,000 each. Their cases were the first to originate orig-inate In the South and the prosecu-1 tion was vigorously pushed by the department de-partment of justice.
