Violin Virtuoso Concludes Utah State Lyceum Program Monday ganization has now loaned her the valuable $30,000 Guadagini violin. Recently climbing to the top of her profession, she had last year the amazing total of 61 performances, perform-ances, including many with the nation's top symphony orchestras. Last year she also married a talented tal-ented young American pianist, Eugene Eu-gene List, who is now a sergeant in the army. Her performance should be thoroughly thor-oughly enjoyed by all who attend for she is known for pleasing audiences au-diences with a combination of dynamic artistry and charm. College Col-lege students will be admitted on student body cards while a small charge will be made for general admission. Carroll Glenn, brilliant young American violinist will appear at Utah State Agricultural college auditorium Monday at. 8:15 p. m. as the final number of the year on the college's lyceum progTam, Miss Thelma Fogelberg, lyceum chairman, announced today. Described as an "attractive, petite pe-tite American Girl," Miss Glenn now is on her third coast-to-coast tour. She has won high acclaim from critics as an outstanding woman violinist and has been the only artist ever to receive all four major musical awards offered in open competition in . the United States. She is completely American-trained, American-trained, although many have noticed no-ticed that she plays in the Franco-Belgian manner taught her by her only teacher, Edouard De-thier. De-thier.
