Stamp 40 in book four is good for five pounds of canning sugar through Feb. 28 next year. GASOLINE In states outside of East coast areas, A-10 coupons are good through March 21. TIRE INSPECTION DEADLINE For A-coupon holders, March 31 and for B and C coupon holders, May 31. SHOES Stamps No. 18 in book one and No. 1 on the Airplane sheet in book three are each good for one pair. INCOME TAX March 15 is deadline for filing 1943 returns. Date for filing 1944 declarations of estimated income and victory tax is extended to April 15. |
