Show ' Plans Made for County Fall "Scrap Harvest' A detailed program for collecting scrap materials in Cache county "before snow flies" was announced announc-ed Wednesday by Preston W. pond, county salvage chairman, after a meeting attended by about 50 representatives from all but two county communities.
