Dunn, Mr. Raymond, Mr. Wallace, Sylvan Needham Jr., Mr. Smith, Profes? j sor Floyd and Mr. Laurence. 3 I The clever minstrel show, pre-: pre-: sented by the Logan Kiwanis club, will be presented Wednesday Wednes-day at 8:30 p. m. in the Smith-field Smith-field stake house, it was announced an-nounced today by Leon C. Nelson, chairman of the committee on arrangements. Funds received from the project pro-ject will be used for the "Keep America, American," and Underprivileged Under-privileged children projects, Mr. Nelson said. General chairman of Logan's blackface entertainers, is Lynn Hodges, who has trained the 35-man 35-man chorus. Dr. L. V. Wilson is stage director and in charge of specialty numbers. These men are assisted by Elwood Bingham, director of the quartet; A. P. Christiansen, costume manager; Ken Longhurst, stage and properties, proper-ties, and Reed Wangsgaard, lighting. light-ing. . Interlocutor for the show is Professor W. D. Porter, who also wrote a spirited song for the chorus entitled "Strike Up The i Band for Old Kiwanis." End men ' are Harry Simmons, W. Bennie Degn, Dr. Wilson, Wallace Kir,k-man, Kir,k-man, Joseph Cardall and Professor J. Whitney Floyd. Accompanist is Mrs. Harold S. Carter who has vamped the songs for the chorus and soloists. Specialists include: Vocal solos, Don Smith and Elmer Laurence; piano duet, Keith Spencer and Ace Raymond; xylophone solo. Mr. Spencer; tap dance, Mr. Degn; banjo trio, Mr. Kirkman, Dr. Wilson Wil-son and Mr. Longhurst; novelyt solos', Mr. Raymond and Mr. |
