Woolley, of Cincinnati, Ohio, who, on August 23, 1911, made Homestead Home-stead Entry, Serial No. 08547, for Ny2, Section 15, Township 25 South, Range 9 West Salt Lake Meridian, has filed notice of intention to make five-year Proof, to establish claim to the land above described, .before Herbert Nichols, U. S. Commissioner, at Milford, Utah, on the 15th day of September, 1917. Claimant names as witnesses: A. D. Dunn, of Omaha, Nebraska, and E. R. Niles, Walter James, J. H.
