Show NOTICE TO WAT3B USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, August 1, 1018 Notice is hereby given that C. O. Larson, whose post-office address is Milford, Utah, has made application in accordance with the requirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1907, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1909, 1911, and 1915, to appropriate ap-propriate two (2) second-feet of water from Reservoir Canyon, in Beaver County. Said water will be diverted at a point which bears north 12 degrees 41 minutes west 2843.2 ft. from the northeast corner of Section Sec-tion 5, Township 2 9 South, Range 18 West. Salf Lake Base and Meridian, Me-ridian, and conveyed by means of a ditch for a distance of about 6000 ft. and there used from January 1 to December 31, inclusive, of each year, to irrigate 80 acres of land embraced in the SE NE Vi of Section 32, and WNW and NE Vi NW of Section Sec-tion 33, Township 28 South, Range 18 West. This application is designated desig-nated In the Stated Engineer's office as No. 7698. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons rea-sons therefor, must be made by affidavit affi-davit in duplicate, accompanied by a fee of $2.50, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
