Show ' FAREWELL PARTY Mrs. W. F. Cottrell gave a party last evening for her son Roy Cottrell who expects soon to leave Milford to go into training for the army. It took the form of a patriotic affair, and the house was decorated with flags and flowers. Games were played and music was enjoyed. One of the games was assisting to pack a comfort com-fort kit; another was writing post cards, each phophesying some event of the future for the recipient, many of which will prove interesting reading read-ing to him later. Refreshments wen-served, wen-served, and at a late hour the guests departed after singing "God Be With You Till We Meet Again," each feeling feel-ing that they had spent a very pleasant pleas-ant evening.
