Show CITY FATHERS MEET The regular meeting of the town board, held last night in the Clerk's office, was comparatively short but full of business. The main item taken up aud summarized were as follows; Eb. Tanner desired building permit for garage on Main St., but, lacking plans and specifications, matter was laid over. Bills totalling $79.40 presented; pre-sented; a total of $61.75 allowed. MARSHAL INSTRUCTED TO ARREST RECKLESS AUTO DRIVERS ON SIGHT; SPEEDING MUST STOP. CHILDREN MUST NOT DRIVE MACHINES. Superintendent Jorgen-sen Jorgen-sen of the Cemetery presented rules aud regulations for government of cemetery; framed and passed. Same can be seen at Clerk's office and will be published in full in next issue. Cemetery matters discussed at considerable con-siderable length; fire department matters considered. Board adjourned to June 8th. |
