Albert Kelting, superintendent of the Experiment Farm, left for California Cal-ifornia a few days ago on business; he expects to reiurn in acotiple of weeks. The alfalfa planted just before the last rain, by the Milford Development Oompany, on the old Atkin ranch, is already al-ready above the ground and looking well. Mrs. JesBe McGuire hat just left for her former home in California, to remain re-main until her children's school term is ended, when she will return to the Project. Mr. and Mrs. A. C. Ferguson have returned from Ogden, whither they went last week to attend the closing exercise of the school at which their son is a student. Elmer Donaldson, who was taken back to California, ten days ago, to undergo au operation, passed through the ordeal very nicely, according accord-ing to news received by bis brother here, and is on the way to conval-esence. conval-esence. Frank Roberts Is again planting the Buchanan property this year, although he had decided to give up farming. While continuing his hauling contract with the Creole mine people, he will also take on the growing of crops of alfalfa and grain. The Hikers Club descended in a bunch, Wednesday evening, on Messrs.
