Those who may desire to enroll as students will kindly fill out the following form and maiPthe same to address below: It is very necessary that you give this matter your immediate attention if you desire' to take advantage of this special, featured class as there are certain arrangements to be made in connection with the necessary equipment. Any one may enroll in this class from the age of 14 years up. You will indicate by marking a cross opposite the class of study that you desire to avail yourself of.
