Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake .... City, Utah, Feb. 20, 1918 Notice is hereby given that the Quadmetals Mines Company with its principal office at Salt Lake City, Utah, has made application in accordance ac-cordance with the requirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1907, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1909, 1911, and 1915. to appropriate ap-propriate one-fifth (1-5) of a second-foot second-foot of water from McHale Spring, In Beaver county. Said spring is situated sit-uated north 17 deg. 24 min. east 7206.12 ft. from the northeast corner cor-ner of Section 13, Township 27 South, Range 13 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian. The water will be diverted at the spiing and conveyed con-veyed by means of a pipe line for a distance of 3124.3 ft. and used from January 1 to December 31, inclusive, of each year, at the Quadmetals Mine, in the San Francisco Mining District, for milling purposes in concentrating con-centrating gold, sliver, lead and zinc ores. This application Is designated in the State Engineer's office as No. 7580. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons rea-sons therefor, must be made by affidavit affi-davit In duplicate, accompanied by a fee of $2.50, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
