Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah January 30, 1918. Notice is hereby given that the Horn Silver Mines Company with its principal office at Frisco, Utah, has made application in accordance with the requirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1907, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1909, 1911 and 1915, to appropriate one-tenth one-tenth (.1) of a second-foot of water from Morehouse Canyon Creek, in Beaver County. Said water will be diverted at a point which bears north 51 degrees west 7920 ft. from the northwest corner of Township 27 South. Range 12 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, and conveyed by means of a pipe 150 ft. in length and used from January 1 to December 81, inclusive, of each year, in the San Francisco Mining District at the Horn Silver Mine for concentrating ores and for steam power purposes. This application is designated in the State Engineer's office aB No. 7566. All protests against the granting of this application, stating the reasons rea-sons therefor, must be made by affidavit affi-davit in duplicate, accompanied by a fee of $2.50, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
