Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS .State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah February 13, 1918. Notice is hereby given that Michael F. Ryan, whose postofflce ad-ciress ad-ciress Is Salt Lake City, Utah, has made application in accordance with the requirements of the Compiled Laws of Utah, 1907, as amended by the Session Laws of Utah, 1909, 1911, and 1915, to appropriate thirty (30) second-feet of water from Beaver Bea-ver River, in Beaver County. Said water will be diverted at a point N. 66 degrees 30 min. E. 1220 ft. from the Southwest corner of Section 17, Township 27 South, Range 10 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, and conveyed by means of two ditches aggregating 29.1 miles in length and used from May 1 to October 1 ot each year to irrigate 15,6 80 acres of land embraced in W Sec. 5, Sees. 6, 7, 8, 17, 18, 20, E 19, WW Sec. 28, 29, E Sec. 30, E Sec. 81, Sees. 32 and 33, Tp. 25 S., R. 10 W.; Sees. 4, 5, 6, N and SE 7, 8, W 9, 17, Ey2 18, E 19, 20, 29, E 30, E 31, W 32, Tp. 26 S., R. 10 W.; W Sec. 5, E 6, E 7, W 17, and E 18, Tp. 27 S., R. 10 W. In addition, three thousand (3000) acre-feet of water will be stored from Oct. 1 of each year to June 15 of the year following in a reservoir embraced em-braced in parts of Sees. 17, 20, 21, 28, 29 and 32, township and range aforesaid. The center of the impounding im-pounding dam will be located at the point of diversion above described, where the water will be released and used In connection with the thirty second-feet for the irrigation of said land. This application is designated in the State Engineer's office as No. 7499. All protests against the granting of said application, stating the reasons rea-sons therefor, must be made by affidavit affi-davit In duplicate, accompanied by a fee ot $2.50, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion ot the publication of this notice.
