Show FIND ATHLETICS CREATE MORALE That athletic activities coupled with recreational games is creating a better morale among the troops in France and that the efforts of Y. M. C. A. war work secretaries are being aided by the commanding officers, is the word which comes in a letter from the war zone from Dr. J. H. McCurdy. He says: "The Y. M. C. A. is distributing athletic supplies to the American ambulance sections with the French armies, a very needy group. These men are often scattered over the whole of the French front. They are often on repose for two weeks at a time, or longer, with nothing to do. The call for athletic supplies for these men has been imperative. Their gratitude on receiving them is unbounded. un-bounded.
