Show OJS. Mrs. Effie G. Carr of Ogden, the Grand Lecturer of the Grand I Chapter Order of the Eastern Star of L'tah, made her official visitation to the local Chapter Tuesday, February 25th. Mrs. Carr conducted a fine school of instruction for the officers of j Ruth Chapter No. G in the after-I after-I noon at the Masonic Hall. Twenty ! members and guests were served a dainty and appetizing twilight supper at G:30 P. M. by the High School Domestic Science Depart-! Depart-! ment under the capable manage- ment of Miss Mossberg. The I tables were attractively decorated in pink carnations and sprays of fern and tall princess tapers. The ' evening session was occupied by exemplifications of the ritualistic i work. Mrs. Ida L. Stirling of Caliente, a member and officer of Ruth Chapter, attended the meet-! meet-! ing, being entertained at the Coch-, Coch-, nine home. Mrs. Carr is a very gracious and capable leader, : creating a fine enthusiasm in the ' work, quickening our interest in ; is practical application and deep-j deep-j ening our appreciation of the ! ancient mystic rites and symbols which characterize our beloved Order.
