Show i County Auditor Publishes Report I Appealing in another part of this number of The News is the i annual financial statement of Beaver Bea-ver county, prepared by County Clerk and Auditor William A. Miller Mil-ler and published in accordance with law. The statement is well-prepared well-prepared and appears in a form which should be fully plain to any ' and all taxpayers, in whose interests inter-ests it is published. It is the ! result of considerable work on the ' part of Auditor Miller, whose able administration of the duties of i this important office are too well known to need any comment from us. By arrangement between the j two papers of the county, this and similar county publications are made in both papers without extra cost, thus giving full county coverage, cov-erage, which is a most desirable objective with matters of this kind, all of them of deep interest to the taxpayers. Copy for the ' report appearing this week did not reach The News office for setting, until Tuesday evening and it took some strenuous work on our part getting it in type form, printing it for our paper and getting the same type off to Beaver for use by the Beaver Press. |
