Murdock, of the White Market, had shipped a car load of baby beef to Salt Lake City to be entered in the Intermountain : Stock show. This was the first ! time Milfcrd had ever been representee! repre-sentee! and Mr. Murdock was given, credit for putting this valley before be-fore the public in that way. ; Mr. and Mrs. J. B. Blumberg, ! former Milford residents, had an-i an-i nounced the arrival of a baby girl. i J Mrs. D. E. Kirk had entertained j members of the M. G. club. Twenty-two guests were present I and "500" was played. Mrs. Bert Hoagland, Mrs. Rolf BeHingmo, Mrs. Clark Kesler and Mrs. Ross Smith had won the prizes. The hostess was assisted by Miss Delia Kirk. j At a Parent Teachers meeting I Avanell Newhart gave a piano ! solo, Mrs. Delia Gray gave a vocal I solo and Mrs. Gecrge Knutson and Mrs. C. A. Bailey gave very interesting inter-esting lectures taken from Dr. Brokos' lectures. An interesting dinner party hell been given by Mr. and Mrs. J. B. Duncan in honor of Mrs. Duncan's 64th birth anniversary. The following fol-lowing guests were present: Mr. Mrs. W. A. Miller, Mr', and i Mrs. E. H. Bird, Mr. and Mrs. N. C. Schow, Mrs. Earl Stcnehocker, Miss Macel Rogeifi, Mrs. Hutch-ings Hutch-ings and daughter Hannora. Mrs. C. E. Moore was hostess to the Ladies Bridge club. Those present were Mrs. George Harris, Mrs. P. J. Evans, Mrs. J. M. Williams, Wil-liams, Mrs. W. E. Fernley, Mrs.. J. R. Murdock and Mrs. J. B. Theissen The Ladies Bridge club members mem-bers were entertained at a dinner by Mrs. Morley at the Union Pacific Pa-cific dining room. After dinner the guests went to the Morley home and enjoyed bridge. The prize was won by Mrs. Himstreet and the hostess was presented with a hand painted cup and saucer. The Pierian club had met at the home of Mrs. Robert SheVwood. Miss Mary Hession, Mrs. C. A. Bailey, Mrs. E. F. Sherwood and Mrs. Knutson had taken part on the program. Others present were j Mrs. D. A. Baxter, Mrs. Robert jPixton and Mrs. F. Hickman. The P. H. C. club . had been ! entertained by Mrs. Idonna Coon at the home of her mother, Mrs. Roy Write. A jolly evening was spent playing "500" with Mrs. John McKeon and Mrs. C. L. Ford receiving the prizes. (Mr. and Mrs. J. B. Rudert had entertained at a card party in honcr of their wedding anniversary anniver-sary at their' home on Railroad row. C. J.
