Show BEAVER Mrs. May Hutcliini-.s has gone to Delta to visit with her sister Mrs. Richards for a month. Tho wedding reception given Thursduy evening at Minorsville for Mr. and Mrs. Delos Baker wan well represented by Beaver people. Those in attendence were Mr. and Mrs. Floyde Wright, Mr. and Mrs. Elmo Nowers, Mr. and Mrs. Ross Smith, Mr. and Mrs. Otto Schwob, Mr. and Mrs. Jess Baker, Mr. and Mrs. Alvin Baker, Mrs. Elsie Smith and son John, Mrs. Viola Paxton and Lesley Parkinson. Wednesday evening at the lodge hall Mr. and Mrs. Henry Hall were given a reception. The evening was spent with a program and dancing and at 11:30 lunch was served to over two hundred guests. Mr. and Mrs. Hall received many beautiful and useful . gifts from relatives and friends. Mr. and Mrs. Charles Keele and family returned home Sunday from a weeks visit with relatives at Fillmore. Fill-more. Mrs. Stella Wade of Fillmore is the guest of her mother, Mrs. Nancy Low, and other relatives. Mr. and Mrs. Charles Wilden left Sunday for Caliente, Nevada, after a weeks visit with relatives. Mr. and Mrs. S. W. Smith spent last week at Cedar City, the guests of their daughter, Mrs. Bill Milling. Mr. and Mrs. Karl Woolsey and little daughter of 'Sal;. Lake City are the guests of Mr. Woolsey's parents, Mr. and Mrs. David Woolsey and other relatives. Mrs. , Ellis Yardley. has returned from Kanosh and Fillmore, where she spent the last two weeks with relations. George Whornham of Delta spent Wednesday at Beaver, the guest of his mother, Mrs. Nancy Whornham, and sister, Mrs. Otto Schwob. Mr. and Mrs. Sam Johnson spent Wednesday at Minersville. Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Williams of Caliente are the guests of his mother Mrs. Dorthy Williams, "for a two weeks visit. Mrs. John Huntington is at Salt Lake City when she went for medical med-ical treatment. Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Whitmore are I visiting at Salt Lake City. Mr. and Mrs. Jack Ferguson spent Wednesday at Milford on business. Mrs. Wallace Yardley and smail son have gone to Providence, for a months visit at her home town. Mrs. Dorothy Williams returned Saturday after a two weeks Visit with relatives at Caliente. Mr. and Mrs. Sam Johnson spent Monday at Milford. Mr. and Mrs. Otto Schwob and children spent Saturday at Milford i with relatives. |
