Show o (This Sounds Facetious) CUT OUT BUSINESS Considerable fuss has been made lately because of the proposed pro-posed shift of the Amos and Andy radio program from its usual hour to an earlier time. But why should this make any difference? If work or business interferes with listening to. the radio, then by all means cut out the work That is what a lot of people are doing these days, any- : way, whether they can afford it or not and they seem to be getting along somehow. Some of them can't pay their just debts, and many are having to drop some of their real obligations obliga-tions to organizations ' of one kind and another, which they will more than likely regret later lat-er on, but that doesn't seem to be worrying them in the least just now. By all means, they must keep up with Amos and Andy and they must keep the car going. If they have anything left they will spend it for something some-thing to eat and for clothes that is, if they can no longer get credit from the grocer, butcher and haberdasher. But the important im-portant things of life, such as entertainment, must not be neglected. ne-glected. It won't do.
