Show NOTICE OF SALE FOR DELINQUENT DELIN-QUENT TAXES HERETOFORE LEVIED AGAINST THE REAL ESTATE IN LIGHTING DISTRICT NO. 1. The owners of all of the real estate in Lighting District No. 1 are hereby notified that a special tax was levied against your property by Ordinance No. 9 passed and approved on the 15th day of November, 1928, and by which ordinance it was provided that the said tax should be payable and become be-come delinquent in two equal annual installments and that if any one! installment in-stallment should become delinquent the whole of said tax should become immediately due and payable and likewise like-wise delinquent and that the second and final installment of said tax became be-came delinquent on the 9th day of December, 1929. You are hereby further notified that if you have not paid the tax so levied against your property, or if you do not pay the same within fifteen days from the first publication of this notice, no-tice, your said property, or so much thereof as may be necessary to satisfy satis-fy such tax with interest and the costs and expenses of sale will be sold by the undersigned town treasurer at public auction to the highest re. sponsible bidder for cash, at the office of-fice of the Town Clerk in the Jefferson Jeffer-son block in said town and such sale will begin at the hour of ten o'clock A. M. on the 10th day of February, 1930, and if Buch sale is not concluded conclud-ed upon said date, the same will continue con-tinue from day to day thereafter until completed. The description of properties, owners' own-ers' names and the principal amount of tax due computed with interest as of December 9, 1929 respectively fol-'ows fol-'ows in order, to-wit: Lots 5 and 6, Block 6, plat B. W. R. Martin f 112.00 S. Lot 1, Block 8, less W'ly 40 ft., Block 8, and E'ly 115 ft. of Lot 2, Block 8. Mary O. Hardy 40.12 Sly 36.65 ft. of the N'ly 93.65 ft. of Lot 4, Block 10. G. L. Williams 41 05 Lot 1, Block 11. Zella Hatch 56.00 N. Lot 4, less W'ly 40 ft., Block 12. R. Hirschman Pesses 28.00 Lot 1, Block 13. H. T.
