Show ADAMSVILLE A large number of people, friends and relatives of Mr. John G. Jones attended the funeral services in Beaver Tuesday. Mr. and Mrs. Ken Meters of Salt Lake City spent Sunday evening at Aberdare. Mrs,. William F. fHesl'ington and her two daughters, who motored to Shelley, Idaho to attend her son Richard's wedding reception, returned return-ed home during the week end. They also visited relatives while there. Miss Delia Johnson entertained a number of her friends at a party held at her home during the holidays the Quests were fnom MSnersville and Adamsville. The young folks from here attended attend-ed the holiday dances given at Beaver Beav-er and Minersville. Mrs. Carlyle Smith of Beaver spent a few hours Saturday with Mrs. Smith's sister, Mrs. Loyal Baldwin. Bald-win. Mr. and Mrs. Dave Pearce and son Emeral of Beaver spent New Year's day here with relatives. Jasper Puffer and wife spent New Year's Eve at South Milford with Mrs. Puffer's sister and family. R. C. Wence was in town selling apples New Year's day. Mr. Wence's father taught school here about 30 years ago. Mr. Wence, jr. was born here at the time. J. G. Evans in company with Messers J. H. Eyre', Arthur Hardy of Minersville and O. F. Hubbell of Milford Mil-ford attended a library meeting in Beaver Monday. |
