Show GIVES REPORT ON TEACHERS' ASSOCIATION At the U. E. A. Regional Conference Confer-ence at Cedar City on December 12th, President Paul S. Worthen of the Beaver County Teachers Association presented the following report: "The Beaver County Teachers Association As-sociation was reorganized last spring and has tried to be alive since then. Its first move was to join the other local associations of this conference in the delightful outing at Zion Park last spi-ing. "One hundred per cent of the teachers of Beaver District are now members of the local and state teachers' teach-ers' associations. t "Last October our association, for the first time, sent a representative to the U. E. A. House of Delegates. "The attendance today is the best ever had at a U. E. A. Regional Conference. Con-ference. "Nearly one hundred percent of the teachers of our district attended the U. E. A. convention last fall. This accomplishment was realized, very largely, through the splendid cooperation coop-eration extended by Superintendent Wittwer of our schools. "Our committees are now working upon the following problems: "Teacher contracts, non-employment of married women teachers who have no dependents, credit union, and teacher insurance."
