Show LETS CONTRACT FOR AUTO PLATES The Irwin-Hodson company of Portland, Oregon, was awarded the contract last week for supplying automobile au-tomobile license plates for the state of Utah for 1933. The price of the Portland company, which was the lowest bidder, was less than nine and one-half cents a pair, as compared with 11 cents paid last year. The reduction will save the state about $1500. The plates will be shorter than the ones at present in use, and also wider, wid-er, with "Utah" and the year numerals num-erals at the top. The colors will be the same as this year's plates. |
