Show ORDINANCE NO. 15 An Ordinance Amending Section 1.1", Chapter XIII, Revised Ordinances Ordinanc-es of the Town of Milford, 1124, relating re-lating to Licenses: IT ORDAINED BY THE i":oARD OF TRUSTEES OF MIL-;(!, MIL-;(!, UTAH: Section 1. That Section No. 135, mtptcr XIII, Revised Ordinances of the Town of Milford, 1024, relating Licenses, be and the same is here-l.y here-l.y amended to read as follows: Evi ry person, firm or corporation, carrying on the business of an automobile auto-mobile garage and or automobile di aler, shall first make application ;'or a license so to do and shall pay therefor the sum of Fifty Dollars, (.fiO.OO), annually, payable quarterly in advance. For the porpose of this ordinance an automobile garage shall l:e deemed any place where automobiles automo-biles are cleaned, repaired, housed or kept in order, for which a charge is : ade. For the purpose of this ordinance or-dinance an automobile dealer is one rngaged in buying, selling, distributing, distribut-ing, .'Civicing, storing, or exchanging ' motor driven vehicles, trailers, semi trailers, tools, batteries, electrical !(Uipment or other automotive equipment equip-ment and supplies. The above license must be paid for each place of business busi-ness operated. Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon the ti nth day after its publication. C. will bring a : copy post haste. i So, when the next vacation arrives,! pack up and visit your nearest Na-: tional Park provided you have not done so, and if you have selected an- other, for you will find awaiting you j a horde of surprises and pleasures that cannot be bought or bargained 1 for. A small tent, roll of bedding: and some food, a few dollars for gas- j oline and oil anil you can enjoy a va-1 cation in any one of the National 1 Parks that will long be remembered j as the happiest days of the year. |
