Show LOCALS and PERSONALS Mrs. Chas. Ford went to Salt Lakej this week, accompanying her sister, who is ill with appendicitis. J. N. Stacey, of Cedar City and; representative of the Standard Oil ; company, was in Milford on business last week. Mr. and Mrs. A. C. Sanders and the latter's mother drove over from Beaver Sunday and made a call onj the Milford News. j Mr. Pollard, of the public school; faculty, has accepted a position as; Pontiac and Oakland salesman with, the Nichols and Zabriskie firm ofj auto dealers. C. E. Bingham, who has until the last week been connected with! the Milford bakery, left for Ogden last week. Mr. and Mrs. Bowman remain re-main in active management of the bakery. E. C. Kranbeck, F. E. Cragin, W. B. Scott, J. R. Brown and A. D. Ahern composed a group of railroad men who were putting up m Milford a day last week. T. G. Wheelwright, of Ely, spent a few days here this past week. Homer Peterson was here from Provo last Wednesday and Thursday. Mrs. Clara McFadden was in Milford Mil-ford Tuesday. D. Friedman of Salt Lake, the hide man, was doing business' here last Wednesday. Mrs. E. W. Clay of Garrison, and mother of L. G. Clay, was visiting in Milford last week. A. M. Swallow, manager of the Murray Sheep company at Garrison, was in Milford last week-end. W. H. Post is back in Milford on railroad work. |
