Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS State Engineer's Office, Salt Lake City, Utah, January 15, 1931. Notice is hereby given that Senate Bowman, whose post office address is St. George, Utah, has made application ap-plication in accordance with the requirements re-quirements of the Session Laws of Utah, 1919 to 1929 incl. to appropriate appro-priate 1-20 c. f. s. of water from Blond Springs Nos. 1 and 2 in Beaver County, Utah. Said water is to be diverted at the point of issuance of said springs as follows: No. 1, N. 8334 ft. and W. 1S,0G9 ft. from the SE cor. Sec. 36, T. 29 S., R. 15 W., S. L. B. & M. and No. 2, N. 8143 ft. and W. 18,021 ft. from said cor. After having been so diverted the water will be commingled at a point which bears ' N. S093 ft. and W. 18,021 ft. from the SE cor. said Sec. 36 and conveyed by means of two pipelines aggregating aggregat-ing 300 ft. in length where it will be used from January 1st to December 31st incl. of each year to water 3,000 head of sheep or goats. This application is designated in the State Engineer's Office as file No. 10940. All protests against, the granting of said application, stating the reasons reas-ons therefor, must be by affulav in duplicate, accompanied with a fee o $1.00, and filed in this office within thirty (30) days after the completion of the publication of this notice.
