Show SOCIETY Old Friends Club Meets The Old Friends Club was entertained enter-tained Wednesday afternoon by Mrs. Carl Levi. A very dainty luncheon was served to the'.' following: Mes-dames Mes-dames Fred Levi, Milton Pool, Antone Johnson, Scott Tanner, B. E. Hutch-ins. Hutch-ins. The .invited guests were Mes-dames Mes-dames LaMar .Outzen, Harvey Hedges, and Mrs. Abe Fotheringham of Salt Lake City. Mrs. Sloan Entertains Mrs. C. C. Sloan entertained at a delightful bridge party on Wednesday, honoring Mrs. W. H. Elmer. Bridge prizes were awarded to Mrs. Broyles, first; Mrs. George Jefferson, consolation,' consola-tion,' and Mrs. Elmer was presented with a lovely gift. Those who enjoyed en-joyed the afternoon were Mesdames Jack Thiessen, F. F. Farmer, Kinvmel Coon, Dan Sullivan, Chas. Parrish, J. Williams, Jas. Glenn, Melvin Stanley, Stan-ley, Wm, Broyles and Mrs. Elmer. Mrs. Elmer Is Guest Mrs. Broyles was hostess at a bridge party in honor of Mrs. W. H. Elmer of Ruth, Nevada. Mrs. Sam Hickman won first prize, Mrs. W. H. Elmer second, and Mrs. Alvin Baker, the consolation. Those bidden were -Mesdames C. C. Sloan, Frank Farmer, Spence Schow, Jack Thiessen, Dan Sullivan, Clare Nichols, Kimmel Coon, John Williams and Sam Hickman. |
