Show ON THE Gli AND CENTRAL HIGHWAY l Hiit.W i - ,fn mi -fnnnmniiKii M ) , , T'-'jfT'rrf iiteti-VrMfSn' tt'JKM This equipment of Millard County's, Coun-ty's, consisting of a Holt 75, and eight Troy trailers, with grader, camp ! outfits and so forth, is shown in the abovo photo in front of the Consolidated Consoli-dated Wagon & Machine Company's office in Delta, on its way west over the Grand Central. White Pine County (Nov.) hired Millard County to do a little Job of a few miles in their county to con nect Baker with our link of road; and possibly by the time this article appears in print, our equipment may again be engaged working for another an-other county, as Beaver wishes us to to do a few miles for it on its connecting con-necting link to the Grand Central. After thia outside work is done the lay-out will return to Delta, finish up some work about Lynndyl, and complete the new . road so that the big auto caravan from Salt Lake to Ely can take It. Then we must all turn out In loyal support; hard work to feed the crowd will be necessary; many of us should use our autos and take the trip with the bunch; and all of us should be glad-handers, with ' the welcome mitt out, extended in warm greeting to Ihe crowd. It means a great deal to us, and nothing that amounts to as much as this should receive one particle of neglect from any one of us. This auto caravan party will be pulled off some time in the fairly near future, the exact dating set to be announced later. By all means encourage It, so that from every angle an-gle of talk it is met with favor. No dissenting voice should be encouraged encour-aged in any way. |
