Show Summons In the district court of the fifth judicial district of the state of Utah in and for the county coun-ty of Millard. Delta Land & Water Wa-ter Company, a corporation, cor-poration, Plaintiff, vs. I Royal H. William- ( Summons, son and Jane Doe Williamson, his wife (otherwise unknown). un-known). Defendants. J The state of Utah to the said defendants; You are hereby summoned to appear within twenty days after the service of this summons upon you, if served within the county in which this action is brought, otherwise, within thirty days after service and defend the above entitled action, and incase of your failure so to do, judgment judg-ment will be rendered against you according to the demand of the complaint, which has been filed with the Clerk of the said Court. This action is brought to recover re-cover a judgment against the defendant, Royal H. Williamson, for the sum of Eighteen Hundred Hun-dred Forty-one and Fifty-four-100 ($1841.54) Dollars, principal and accrued interest, computed to the 26th day of July, 1915, on a certain contract held by the defendant; de-fendant; Royal H. Williamson, for the purchase of the following described tract of land with water wat-er right for the same situated in Millard County, state of Utah, and bounded and described as follows, to wit: The South West Quarter of the North West Quarter Quar-ter of -Section 34, Township 17 South, Range 6 West, and for the further sum of Sixty and Three-one-hundredths ($60.03) Dollars, water assessments for maintenance, and for the further furth-er sum of One Hundred Fifty ($150.00) Dollars, attorney's fees, and for costs of suit and for the appointment of a reciever during pendency of this action.
