Notice To Public The results of investigation on the water supply of the Sevier River carried on by the State Engineer's office for the past two years show that the Sevier River Riv-er is over appropriated. Such being the case, it is unjust to both the applicants and prior ap-propriators ap-propriators for the State Engineer Engi-neer to accept and approve any more applications for water from this river, or its tributaries. The public is, therefore, informed that no more applications for water from the Sevier River or its tributaries will be approved by this office until such time when it can be shown beyond a doubt that there is unappropriated unappropriat-ed water in the river. The following fol-lowing tributaries are affected by this notice, also such other streams and creeks not mentioned mention-ed here that are directly tributary tribu-tary to the Sevier River: Asay Creek, (including all tributaries).
