Show Delta, and there are a number of settlers on the North Tract who are very anxious to get in on an association associ-ation which might be formed on the North Tract and which will no doubt soon be arranged for, as there are several talking of the formation of one and it would not surprise us if there is a call in next week's Chronicle for a North Tract meeting, as it was put up to us this week. These calls we make no charges on, and anyone who is enterprising enough en-ough to get in and call the meeting may do so without cost on our part. The organization, which has its headquarters head-quarters in Delta, covers the whole country and anyone who is looking look-ing for a loan and is not within any other organized territory may take advantage of this one. FINAL PROOFS SHOULD BE MADE Now that patents for the North and South Tract are forthcoming and there is a large number who wish to get in on the Federal Farm Loans who have not yet made final proof, they should not lose any time in getting their applications under way. A settler under the Carey-act Carey-act or a U. S. homestead settler cannot can-not borrow money on their land thru the Federal Land Bank until they have made proof and their patent is forthcoming. It takes from two to six months for these patents to be issued after application has been made and it is therefore easy to see why one who is coentmplating borrowing money from this source should start their patents as soon as possible.
