I'tah. who. on May 24, 1907, made desert land entry No. 5224. Serial No. $1762, for the SK '4 of section 21. Township 17 south range 6 west. Salt take Meridian, has filed notice of intention to make final proof, to establish claim to the land above described, before the register and receiver of the I'nited States land office at Salt lke City.
