This company has Jusi been incorporated and Is now engaged In taking over the Oasis Land & Irrigation project In Us entirely, en-tirely, and pending this change the identity of the Oasis Company has been maintained. Delta Land Al- Water Company has been amply and ably financed, and will vigorously carry forward the further development of the project to final completion and permanent reclamation reclama-tion The officers of the Delia Land & Water Company are: W. 1. Moody, of Chicago, president, lieo. A. Snow, of Chicago, vice president presi-dent and general manager. Henry H. I'rout, of Salt Lake City, Secretary and Treasurer, and these three gentlemen, with Rodney T. Hailgir. cashier Clah National Hank, ami Frank H. Stewns, of the law firm of Stephens, Smith and Hotter, coin-prise coin-prise the directorate. Thus It will be observed that Mr. Snow, who has had a wide range of business experience In this Western country has direct managerial charge of the enterprise, while Mr. Moody has attained exceptional prominence In land and irigatlon matters, largely the result of his heavy operations In Hitter Hoot Valley, Montana. James A. Melville of Salt Lake City, Seth A. Langton, formerly of Iigan, II. 10.
