Show Oak City Offerings. (Jos. H. Christenson, Hep.) Parley Elder was seen in town last week. Franklin Anderson has also been quip sick of late. Ed KJnalls made a business trip to Ii'amington.last week. Mrs. I'ihel Lundahl is reported on the sick !i:-;t at this writing. Willard Lundahl made a business busi-ness trip to Lynnayl, last week. Ray Finlinson made a trip to Fool City, last week, after cattle. Mr. and Mrs. Spatsman have moved in from six mile for a few months. A number of our people went to Delta, Sunday, to attend Union Un-ion meeting. A number of men and teams left last week to continue work on the canal. Bert L. Robins, the forest rider, rid-er, was here attending to business, busi-ness, last week. A Water Users meeting was held, Saturday night, to discuss our water system. The little daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ed Jacobson, who has been ill, is on the improve. C. Johnson has returned to his home in Leamington after a brief visit with his daughter. S. J. Rawlinson, who is teaching teach-ing school in Leamington, came home to spend Sunday. Peter Anderson is spending the winter months working in his mine east of Fool City. Mr. and Mrs. L. Christenson of Delta, were here last week visiting the Christenson family. Some of our town people went to Hinckley, last week, to attend the funeral of Mrs. John Reeve. A number of our young ladies have organized a sewing club, which meets every Friday afternoon. after-noon. Everybody is busy putting up ice for summer use. It is reported report-ed the best and cleanest ice . that has been handled for some time. |
