Show Entertains at Luncheon Party Saturday Mrs. Margaet Lieberman entertained enter-tained at a luncheon on Saturday afternoon in honor of Mrs. Nina Rasmussen. Guests were Alma Petersen. Orvetta Nickle, La Rue Nickle, Lorna Bunker, Verna Shepherd, Shep-herd, Frances Whicker, Martha Christensen, Mrs. Anna Lieberman. Virginia Lyman, Dana Bishop, and Mary Wright. After the luncheon rook was played, at which Mrs. Shepherd held high score. Mrs. Rasmussen was given a gift. Mrs. Frances Talbot left Delta this week for Idaho on a visit. Jack Singleton from Gandy transacted tran-sacted business in Detla last week. Oscar Sims and his brother, John, from Garrison, were in Delta last week on business. Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Tolbert and Mr. and Mrs. Allen Tolbert, drove to Salt Lake City Tuesday on a short trip. Their mother, Mrs. Frances Fran-ces Tolbert, went with them as far as provo, and will visit there, and go on later for a visit in the northwest. north-west. Mr. and Mrs. L. Morrison returned return-ed to Delta Thursday, from California, Cal-ifornia, where they have spent the past two months. Mrs. Mandy Schneider, and her daughter, Doris, have retruned to their home in Berkeley, California, after a visit in Oasis with her sister, sist-er, Mrs. Biah Sjostrom. |
