Show Sub- Deb Club Enjoys Party Last Saturday afternoon the Sub-Deb club had a bob sleigh party in the deep snows of Oak City. The fun began by their piling pil-ing into a bob sleigh stacked with hay. Edith Anderson, the club president, pres-ident, drove the horses as they pulled the group of all laughing, all talking at once Sub-Debs a-round a-round the streets of Oak City. Then the idea came to tie two small sleds behind the large one. After many spills in the snow, the girls retired to Edith's home to thaw out and eat a delicious meal prepared by Mrs. Anderson. Mr. and Mrs. J. R. Morterisen returned re-turned to Delta Tuesday after a visit of two months in Oakland. They stopped in Parowan on the trip home, and spent Pioneer Day there. Mr. and Mrs. Roy Smoot, from Homedale, Idaho, visited in Delta several days this week w-ith Mrs. Smoot's daughter. Mrs. Bill Pace. They went on from ncre to St. George to see Mrs. Smoot's father. |
