NOTICE OF VACANCY OF OFFICE tm T" ROAWD OF SUPERVISORS OF MILLARD COUNTY DRAINAGE DRAIN-AGE DISTRICT NUMBER TWO Of JTTUARD COUNTY, UTAH. & THE TIME AND PLACE APPOINTED APPOINT-ED FOR FILLING SUCH VACANCY Notice is hereby given that the term of office of Glen Crawford, Supervisor of Millard County Drainage Drain-age District Number 2 has expired and that the Board of County Commissioners of Millard County, Utah will fill such vacancy by appointment ap-pointment at a meeting of the Board to be held at the chambers of the Board in the County Court House in Fillmore City, Millard County, Utah, on the 6th day of February, 1946 at the hour of 2 o'clock p. m., and if on or loefore said hour and date a majority of the owners of title to land within said district shall sign and file a written petition with the County Clerk of Millard County and request re-quest the appointment of any person per-son to fill such vacancy, the Board of County Commissioners will appoint ap-point such person recommended by the petition representing the greater number of acres of land in said district, but if no petition is signed or filed within the time specified, then the County Commissioners Com-missioners will immediately pro-, ceed to fill such vacancy by the appointment of any person whom they may select.
