Show OAK CITY .... Mae Shipley Sunday evening the Hinckley deacons gave a very fine program at sacrament meeting. M-S Roy P. Hilton and Mr. John Barton were with the boys. The Oak City deacons deac-ons under the direction of Ivan Shipley and Wilburt Anderson, gave the exchange program at Hinckley. M The boys that gave the programs at Hinckley were Monan Loverl and Fred Anderson, a piano duet; Merton Lovell and Fred Anderson, piano solos; Paul Finlinson, Ehvood Lovell, Grant Christensen, Devon Roper, Ivan Shipley and Wilburt Anderson gave talks. Saturday night the Delta First Ward put on a very fine play for Oak City's return play. It was "Shubert Alley" under the direction direc-tion of Eileen B. Cooper. The cast of nineteen characters received the praise of the Oak City people. Diane Harris is improving at the Delta Hospital after an operation for appendicitis. Her father, Earl Harris, is home for a few days. He is working at Tooele. Mrs. Louise Nielson is visiting in Oak City. She will visit with her sister in Caliente before returning to her home in Ogden. Mrs. Alice Jackson is home again after a week's visit in Brigham City with her children. Mrs. Maggie Elder went to Provo the past week. Her health is slightly slight-ly improved. Mrs. Rachel Melville and children child-ren returned to her home in Salt Lake City after a few days with friends and relatives. Miss Ava Nielson returned with her for a vis- |
