Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer to appropriate water in Millard County, State of Utah, throughout the entire year, unless otherwise designated all locations being from SLB&M. 22630 - Arlo Skeem, Oasis, Ut.; 4 sec.-ft. for irrigation use 'from an open drain at a point N. 2640 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 3, T17S, R8W. The water will be diverted from the drain through 20 ft. of 4-in. pipe and conveyed a distance of one mile through an earth ditch where it will be used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 1 to irrigate 200 acres of land embraced in Sec. 3 , T17S , R8W. 22701 - Alma J. Christensen, Delta, Del-ta, Ut.; 6 sec.-ft. for irrigation use from a 16-in well bet. 300 and 800 ft. deep at a point S. 150 ft. and E. 1200 ft. from NW Cor. Sec. 26, T17S, R7W. The water will be used us-ed from Apr. 1 to Oct. 15 to irig-ate irig-ate 250 acres of land embraced in Sec. 26, T17S, R7W. 22704 - Orlin W. Hunsaker, Delta, Ut; 6 sec.-ft. for irrigation use from two 16-in. wells bet. 300 and 500 ft. deep at points as follows: Well No. 1 - N. 1320 ft. from SV4 Cor. Sec. 7, T16S, R7W. The water will be pumped from the well and conveyed convey-ed by ditch a distance of 3,960 ft. where it will be used from Mar. 1 to Nov. 15 to irrigate 160 acres of land embraced in NW14 Sec. 7, T16S, R7W, and for year-round incidental in-cidental domestic and stock-watering purposes. 22786 - W. W. Clyde & Co., Spring ville, Ut.; 4 sec.-ft. for miscellaneous miscellan-eous purposes from four 10-in. wells bet. 100 and 300 ft. deep at points as follows: (1) S. 1816 ft. and E. 2464 ft. from NW Cor. Sec. 26, T18S, R10W; (2) S. 1532 ft. and E. 2523 ft. from NW Cor. Sec. 7, T19S, R10W; (3) S. 1116 ft. and E. 2335 ft. from NW Cor. Sec. 28, T19S, R11W; (4) S. 1173 ft. and E. 1467 ft. from NW Cor. Sec. 11, T20S, R12W. The water will be used us-ed for road construction purposes. Protests resisting the granting of any of the foregoing applications, with reasons therefor, must be in affidavit form, with extra copy and 'filed with the State Engineer, 403 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah, on or before July 21, 1951.
