Show LYNNDYL BY MARY TQHNSON Mr. and Mrs. Glade Roundy made a trip to Manti last Tuesday, taking tak-ing Hugh for medical treatment. Mrs. Kate Hayes and daughters drove to Lehi last Wednesday to visit Kate's parents, it being her father's birthday. Mrs. Leslie Haycock was here for a few days with her parents, coming com-ing to attend the funeral of her aunt, Mrs. Anderson of Oak City. Mr. Roe Wiley of Provo and Mrs. Geneva Kenrose of Milford visited their mother , Mrs. Sarah Ann Wiley Wil-ey and also attend the funeral for Ann Roper in Oak City. Mr. and Mrs. Reed Larsen and Mr. and Mrs. Shirley drove down from Provo Sunday and visited friends here. The Reed Larsens were down for the Roper funeral also. 'Mrs. Orpha Nelson visited her sister, Ruth in Leamington and Jack and family here. She came up from Milford and attended the services for Mrs. Roper. Mrs. Hettie Johnson of Sutherland Suther-land came up and went with relatives re-latives to Oak City where she stay ed for two days for the two funer- als. Mrs. Mary Smith had her daughter, dau-ghter, Mrs. Don Lawson and family fam-ily of Scipio over the weekend. Mrs. Myrtle Mills spent several days in Salt Lake City with Mr. and Mrs. Russell Dutson, who are the proud parents of a little baby girl born last Friday. The little daughter hardly weighed five lbs., so will have to remain in the hos-pilta hos-pilta until she does. Then they will be coming down to spend a while with the proud grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Ray Mills and Mr. and Mrs. John Dutson. Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Abeggltn, Mr. and Mrs. Guy Sherrif, and Mr. and Mrs. Lee Shipley enjoyed the Elders party at Oak City Satur day night. Bp. and Mrs. Clean Nielson drove to Salt Lake Friday for the final load of paint for the church. Bp. and Mrs. Clead Nielson and Earl Greathouse were dinner guests gu-ests of Mr. and Mrs. Joe Jones of Eureka Tuesday. The occasion being be-ing Clead and Earl's birthday. The painting class was held at Eleanor Nielson's home last week. This week we can resume our room at the church. Mr. and Mrs. Carl Whatcott came down from Provo for the weekend and Sunday afternoon Mrs. Rhea Whatcott and John drove up to Provo taking them home. Mr. and Mrs. J. Black of Grand Junction, Colo., are here visiting at the home of Mrs. Black's sister, sis-ter, Mrs. William Coleman. Mrs. Mary Smith went to Salt Lake Friday to visit her husband and daughters there. |
