D. McNeely who is the authorized representative of the State Land Board of the State of Utah at Delta, Utah, Saturday on April 1, 1950 by two of the following fol-lowing witnesses: Doyle Pace of Delta, Utah; Fred Hauman of Delta, Utah; William Beach of Delta, Utah; L.
