OCR Text	Show Is Aspointel To IHsirict Post Roe Buhanan of Hinckley, Utah, Has been appointed as District Engineer En-gineer for Soil Conservation Service, Ser-vice, which is assisting Delta Soil Conservation District m its Conservation Con-servation Activites. Mr Buhanan is a graduate of the BAC at Cedar ClFor the past three yars Mr. Buhanan Bu-hanan has served as Conservation Supervisor for the PMA in Millard county, giving farmers engineering assistance in carrying out soil and water conservation practices. Prior to coming to Millard county he served four years wth the CAA as an Airway Engineer, supervising the construction of Airports and air navigation facilities in Utah, Arizona, Nevada and California.
