Show 1 B A P A H Mary Ann Snively Saturday, Clark Lee and Georgia Trip, both of Callao, were visiting in Ibapah. Mr. and Mrs. Walter Weaver, spent Saturday night in Wendover, with their son, Garth and wife. - Mr. and Mrs. Russell spent Saturday Sat-urday night with Jay and Leatha Hicks, they were on their way to visit their ranch in Nevada. Mr. and Mrs. Walter Weaver were pleasantly surprised when their daughter, Rhea and husband, Gerald, Ger-ald, arrived in Ibapah Christmas Eve, to spend the holidays with them. Mr. and Mrs. Charles Bean, arrived ar-rived at the Bateman-Parrish ranch Christmas Eve. Frances and Mary Snively arrived ar-rived home from Salt Lake Christmas Christ-mas Eve. v Mr. and Mrs. S. H. Nicholes served serv-ed a delicious lunch to Blake Pro-bert, Pro-bert, Francis and Mary Snively, at the early hour of 2:00 a. m. Christmas Christ-mas Eve, or should I say the 25th? Mr. and Mrs. Jay Hicks, had as their dinner guests on Christmas, 'Mr. and Mrs. Walter Weaver, Mr. and Mrs. Gerald Shepherd, of Provo, Pro-vo, and Mr. and Mrs. Garth Weaver, Weav-er, of Wendover. The Fred Boyds were dinner guests of the Harlo Bates family. Mr. and Mrs. Nicholes had as , their dinner guests, Christmas, Mr. I ' and Mrs. Owen Sherdian, Mr. and Mrs. Green and son, Mrs. Millie Lyman, Ly-man, and another gentleman, all of Wendover. Gerald Cook and Mrs. Cook were very pleasantly surprised, when Mrs. Cooks daughter, and family, the Littledikes, of Spring Valley, Nevada, drove into their yard early Christmas morning. The Christmas dance in Ibapah .Christmas night, turned out to be a big success. A gay time was had by all. Out of the valley people attending at-tending were as follows: Mr. and Mrs. Charles Baldwin, of Ely, Nev-: Nev-: ada, Mr. and Mrs. Gerald Shepherd of Provo, Mr. and Mrs. Stewart Sheldon, Mr. and Mrs. Don Sheldon, Mrs. Dan Lee, and Mr. and Mrs. Gart Weaver, all of Wendover. Mr. and Mrs. Sam Littledike, and family, Spring Valley, Nevada, Mr. . and Mrs. Jim Nyman and Mr. and 1 Mrs. Buck H., all of Kimberly, Nevada. Nev-ada. Mr. ana Mrs. Jensen, of Ogden, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Bean, of Lay-ton, Lay-ton, Mr. and Mrs. Max Heron, their daughter, and husband, from somewhere some-where in California. Mrs. Nina- Heron, of Lehi, is now visiting in the valley with her two sisters, and friends of the valley Mr. and Mrs. Charles Baldwin stayed one night with the S. h Nicholes and one night with the Wade Parrish's. Mr. Jawn Rowan, of Wendover Nevada, spent Saturday, and most of Sunday with the F. F. Snively's The dance in Callao, on Saturday Satur-day night, must have been quite a to-do, seems most everyone was carrying a chip on their shoulder Agent Handy left early Monday morning for a few days in Owhee Nevada, on business. ' Miss Alice Nelson, of Tooele is visiting in Delta this week with Miss Barbara Wright. They will both leave at the end of the week to return to Logan, where they at- tend the A. C, and are roomates. |
