Troop H of the Utah National Guard will arrive In Logan, Thursday, Thurs-day, March 8, at 12:30 p. m., and tho Commercial club la arranging a. Royal Welcomo homo for tho boys, and to that end 1ms arranged for a parade, public meeting and grand ball, in which all tho cities of the county are asked to participate Logan, In particular, should bo foremost In extending such a Welcome Wel-come home to theso boys, not only from patriotic motives, but because of tho Tact that the majority of them llvo In our city. Under theso circumstances cir-cumstances I suggest that all, who can, lay asldo business, and so far as possible without Inconvcnlcnco to the public, close their places of business busi-ness from 12 until 2 p. m and let us participate in making tho boys feel that we aro proud of thorn and glad to havo them back.
